When I hired my first employee, I realized that in order to trust that this person provides my clients with the same level of service as me I had to document what I did.

Build a culture of excellence

Growing a small business has its challenges. Being an entrepreneur is a great feeling but it can be tiresome when it just feels like you've got a job that requires double the hours. I love what I do, but what I love most, is having other people do those things the way I think they should be done. The only way that we can make that happen is to document what we do.
